  • Production:
    • 30 minutes of filming at 1 location (1 camera, minimal lighting and sound setup).
    • Simple shot (e.g., a single wide shot or close-up).
  • Post-Production:
    • 1 round of basic editing (basic cuts, minimal color correction).
    • Use of royalty-free background music.
  • Final Video Length:
    • 15-20 seconds.
  • Deliverables:
    • 1 HD video, perfect for a quick social media post or announcement.

  • JAH Media - Videography Service Agreement

     

    This Videography Services Contract  is made by and between JAH Media, and Prospective Buyer.

    1.0 Services:

    Videographer agrees to provide videography services as described in the package selected. Full details of the packages and services are available on jahmediaproductions.com or upon request.

    2.0 Payment:

    • Full Payment Upfront: Full payment for the selected Package is due upon booking the Services.

    • Methods of Payment: [List accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, check, bank transfer].

    3.0 Project Scope, Deliverables, and Responsibilities:

    The full scope of the project, including deliverables, timelines, and respective responsibilities of the Videographer and Client, will be detailed in a finalized version of this Contract upon confirmation of booking and payment.

    4.0 Ownership and Usage Rights:

    • Copyright: Videographer retains copyright ownership of all raw footage and edited video(s).

    • Usage License: A usage license will be granted for the final video(s), with specific terms outlined in the final contract.

    • Commercial Use: Commercial use restrictions or fees may apply.

    5.0 Post-Production Sharing:

    JAH Media  may use excerpts of the final video(s) for promotional purposes, with mutual agreement on tagging and credits.

    6.0 Force Majeure:

    Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond their reasonable control.

    7.0 Governing Law:

    This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee.

    8.0 Entire Agreement:

    This Contract, once finalized and signed, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

    9.0 Signatures:

    This document serves as a template. Signatures will be required on a finalized version with specific terms and details.
